History

Chestnut Park Real Estate Limited was formed in 1990. The first office was located in Toronto with 5 agents. In two decades the firm expanded to include 300 agents with offices in Toronto, Collingwood, Muskoka, Prince Edward County, and Grey Bruce.

In 2011, Chestnut Park formed its affiliation with CIRE, simultaneously making them the leader in Toronto real estate as well as in markets across the globe.

Founders

Chestnut Park was founded by Catherine Deluce. Catherine’s desire to form Chestnut Park grew from her love of and experience with real estate and ability to provide customer service.

A short time after Chestnut Park was started, Chris Kapches joined the team and is the current President and CEO. Chris brought an impressive background of law, business, and real estate to Chestnut Park and with Catherine built a foundation built on trust, integrity, knowledge, and discretion.

Invest in Style

In 2015 Chestnut Park launched their magazine Invest in Style. The publication focuses on luxury properties and lifestyles. Subscribed to by about 120,000 homes in Southern Ontario, the quarterly magazine is able to inform the public of the products and services offered by Chestnut Park and get the firm’s listings noticed by potential buyers. Content in Invest in Style includes real estate news, home design, news pertaining to CIRE, and upcoming events in the communities that Chestnut Park serves.

The magazine is also published on InvestInStyle.ca and promoted across all popular social media platforms.

Marketing
